TERMS  Satisfaction is guaranteed- all our products have a full 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Unfortunately , we cannot accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been specifically ordered by us on your behalf or if the packaging has been opened. Otherwise, just notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will arrange a full refund ( less cost of carriage and collection) which will be arranged once the goods have been received back at our warehouse.

Faulty / damaged or missing goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no charge. This does not effect your statutory rights.
